Bonda of the 1979 Series, Regiatered Bonds of the 1982 Series -

' "So long as any Bonds of the 1979 Series, any Bonds of the 1982
8eries or anp Bonds of the 1986 Seriea are Ontstanding, the Com-
pany will not borrow any fnnit~ to be spplied or apply any borrowed
fnnds or any funds obtained from the isaue or sale of bonds (ez-
clnding any of the Bonds), debentnres, stock or other secnrities,
to the increase of the capacity of the Pipe Line $ystem of Houston
beyond the Operating Capacity of 638,719 ~LCF or of the capacity
of the Pipe L'u~e System of Coastal beyond the Operating Capacity
of 646,499 biCF of natural gas per day contemplated by the
192,000 MCF Report (as deSned in tLe Fifteei~th Supplemental
Indenture hereto) unless (a) there shall have been fnrnished to
the Trnstee and to all holders of 8egistered Bonda of the 1979
Series, Begistered Bonds of the 1982 Series and 8egistered Bond~
of the 1986 Series "

ture is hereby amended by adding to the proviso which appeara at the
end thereof the following:
