(b) The second and third sentences of the first paragraph of
Snbdivision (c) are amended to read as follows : '
'~Any pnrchasea of Bonda made pnranant to this Subdivision (c)
shall be made in snch manner as the Trnatee may deem proper and ~
shall be apportioned among the Bonda of the 1979 Series, the Bonds
of the 1982 Series, the Bond~ of the 1986 i5eriea and the Bonds of
any other Series if the snpplemental indentnre oreating the Bonds
of snch Series shall so prnvide at the time Ontstanding in snch
prnportion, ss nearly ae practicable, for each snch $eriea, of the
principal amoant of Bonds of snch Series at the time Ontstanding
as the aggregate principal amount of Bonds of all Series to be
retired through snch pnrnhases beara to the aggregate principal
amount of Bonda of all Seriea at the time Ontstanding. Notwith-
standing the foregoing provision.s of tlus Subdivision (c), so long
~ as any Bonda of the 1979 Series, any Bonds of the 1982 - Series,
~ any Bonda of the 1986 Series, or any Bonds of any otLer Series
if tLe supplemental indentnre creating the Bonda of snch Series
shall so provide are Ontstanding (each snch Seriea, together with
Bonds of each other 8eries to be pnrchased pnrsnant to t}us
- 3ubdivision (c) being referred to below in t}us Subdivision (c)
aa the `Affeeted Series'), the Trnatee ahall, prior to the pnrchase
of Bonda pnranant to this Subdivisiox (c), mail to each holder of
8egiatered Bonds of the Affeetec~ Seriea a notice reqnesting tenders
of Bonds of the Affected Series for pnrchase on or before the date
$pecified in snch notice, which shall be not leas than 30 days after
the mailing of snch notice, at not more than the applicable redemp-
tion price thereof prevailing at snch date and accrned interest to
the neat interest payment date."
(c) In the balance of 8nbdivision (c), following the sentences
~ inserted aa provided in Snbdivision {b) above, delete
~ "1979 Series and the principal amonnt of Bonds of the 1982 Seriea
~ and the principal amonnt of Bonde of the 1986 Seriea '
~ 1979 Series or conpon Bonds of the 1982 8eriea .
