when duly ezecnted by the Company and anthenticated by the Trnstee
and doly issued, the valid and legally binding oblig?ations of the Com-
pany, Lave been complied with or have been done and performed; and

That Florida GFas Transmission Company, in oonsideration of the
premises and of the mutnal covenants herein oontained and of the snm
of One Dollar to it dnly paid by the Trnstees at or before the enaealing
and delivery of these presenta, and for other valnable considerations,
the receipt ~hereof ia hereby ac~owledged, in order to secnre the
pasment of the principal of, and interest (and preminm, if any) on,
all Bonds at anv time issned and Ontstanding under the Indentnre,
as supplemented bs this Snpplemental Indenture and as the same
may from time to time be further supplemented or modified hereafter,
aceording to their tenor and effect, aud the performance and observance
of all the co~enants and conditions in the Bonds and the Indentnre
and herein contained, and to deelare tbe terms and conditions npon and
subjeet to which the Bonds are, and are to be, seenred and Bonds of
tLe 1987 Serie~s are to be issned, has ezecnted and delivered tliis Snpple-
mental Indentnre and doea hereby ratify and oonfirm unto the Truatees
~ all property heretofore conveyed to them under and by virtue bf the
Indentare and hereby ac~owledges and confirms that it has granted,
bargained, sold, warranted, aliened, remised, released, conveyed, as-
sig?ned, transferred, mortgaged, hypothecate~l, pledged, set over and

alien, remise, release, convey, assign, transfer, mortgage, hypothecate,
