(a) of ~ 14.0.2 of the Indentnre is hereby amended by deleting tliere-
from the words "to the k~owledge of the Trnstee".

(b) The seoond paragraph of ~ 14.0z of the Indenture is hereby ~
amended by deleting therefrom the words and shall be kno~vn to the ~
Trastee and adding after the words Florida Pmpertp" the words ~
or the ezemise of any right, power dr dnty or the performance of s
any obligation in reapeet thereof
(c) The third garagraph of ~ I4.02 of the Indenture is hereby
amended by changing • `2~%" to "50% .

Indentnre is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph at ~
~ " the end thereof : ;
` "The Company, whenever necessary to ~avoid or fill a vac- _
aney in the o~ce of Trastee (~and, nntil a Florida Co-Trnstee is ~j
no longer required as provided in ~ 14.14(a), a vacancy in the -
o~ce of the Co-Trnstee), will appoint, in the manner provided #
in ~ 14.06, a snocessor so that there shall at all times be a Trustee
(or Florida Co-Trustee, as the case may be) lrerennder. _
