(e) Credit against si~:ki~:g fz~nd ~a~ments. The Company, at its ~
election, may eredit against fhe principal amaunt of Bonds of the :a
: 1987 $eries reqnired by subdivision (a) of this ~ 2.07' to be redeemed ~
on any sinking fnnd redemption date the principat amount of Bonds of
: the 1987 Series (i) pre~ionsly redeemed by the Companp pursuant to ;
~ z,05 or ~ 2.os hereof or (ii) theretofore sold or otherwise disposed of
for valne by the Company and re-acquired by the Company (otherwise
, than out of funds included in the Trust Estate). If the Company
; elects so ta credit the priucipal amount of Bonds of the 1987 Series
~ pursnant to this subdivision (c), it shall specify snch election in the =
Officers' Certificate filed with the Trustee pnrsuant to ¢ s.oi of t~he
Indentnre with respect to the sinking fnnd installment as to which a
- snch cr~clit is to be applied, and shall also specify the principal amount ~
of sneh Bonds so to be credited, the provision or provisions pnranant
to which such Bonds were redeemed and, in case Bonds of the 1987
Series so re-acquired by the Company are to be made the basis of ;
all or any part of such credit, the Company shall deliver snch Bonds
t to the Trustee at the time of filing snch Officers' Certificate. Bonds
f of the 1987 Series so delivered or so to be credited shall not previously
~ have been used as the basis for a credit pursuant to this subdivision
? (c) aud shall not previously have been used as Refundable Bonds on
the basis of ~hich Additional Bonds were issned nnder ~ 4.05 of the ;
