(e) Furfher readjustment of sinking fund provis~oris if the date of

1987 Certificate of gvailable G'~as Snpplp filed with the Trnstee in any
year after a revision shall have been made in the schednle of si.n~ng
fund redemptions shall state that the date of exhanstion of available
. gas supply is a date later than July 31, 1989, the schednle of remaini.ng ~
sin~ing fund redemptiona for Bonda of the 1987 Series, so long as any
of snch Bonds shall remain Ontstanding, shall be that determined pnr-
. snant to ~ 2.07'(a) Lereof.
(f) Notice to Trustee and Bondholders of revised schedule of sink-
ing fund redemptio~s. If the schednle of sinking fund redemptions
shall be rec~uired at any time to be revised as provided in this ~ 2.08,
the Company shall promptly file with the Trnstee an Officers' Certifi- ~
cate seLting forth the revised sehednle, and, within a reasonable time
after receipt of snch O~cers' Certificate, the Trnstee shall mail a copy
thereof to each R~egistered Holder of the Bonds of the 1987 $eries then .
Ontstanding.
(g) Definitions of certain terms. For pnrposes of this Snpple-
mental Indentnre the terms deiined in thia subdivision (g) shall have
the meaninga herein apecified and, eacept as otherwise defined or ea-
pressly provided herein, t,he terms which are defined in ~rticie 1 of the
Indentnre (provided that no term naed in this drticte 2 ahall, unlesa _
capitalized, be deemed to be a term so defined) ahall have the meanings
therei.n specified, nnleas the contezt otherwise specifiea or requirea :
The term 1987 Certificate of Available C~as Snpply" shall mean
an Engineer's Certificate which shall state that the date of eahanstion
of available gas snpplp is a date later than Jnly 31, 1989, or shall
specifp a date earlier than August 1, 1989 as the date of eahaustion of
available gas snpply. For the pnrpases of any sncL Certificate, ~
(1) '~available gas anpply" ahall mean the minimnm volnme
of gas which, after giving dne consideration to the factors men-
tioned in clause (3) of this paragraph, at the date (whiah shall
be a date not earlier than the Jannary 1 preceding the date of ~
any snch CertiScate and wluch for pnrposes of this paragraph
ia called the "determination date") as of which available gas
