withdran als for the Company and others ( including Transporta-
tion Cnstomers) fmm anuh reserves whiah may reaaonably be ez-
pected, (viu) the egtent to ~vhich, by methods anrrently in use, ~
gas maf be phpsically prodnced withont damage to the reservoirs,
~(ia) geologiual faQtora or other fac~ora affeQting deliverability,
(z) ~topographical and other physical obstacles tending to make .
development of snch reserves not feasibie, and (ai) all other
pertinent faotors relative to snch reserves; and
(4) the gas snpply of a Traneportation Cnstomer shall -
be inalnded in available gae 8upply only to the eztent of td~e
~ qnantity of gas that the Companp is obligated contrac~tually at
the determination date to transport thereafter for snch Trans- '
portstion Cnstomer or, if greater, to the eztent specified in the
proviso of clause (I ) of ~this paragraph. •
Snch Certificate shall give all sneh other information and details, in-
clnding withont limitation the psia and Fahrenheit temperatnre used
in making anp computations, as may be necessary or appropriate for
proper evaluation of the matters therein set forth.

ARTICLE 3.

§ 3.01. dgainst payment of divide~nds or certain other distribu-
