secntive Calendar Manths specified pnrsuant to paragraph
(1) of tlus subdivision (a), and to that end specifying the
revennes and income of the Company and the dednctions there- ~
from and additions thereto all as called for by said definition;
and showing that snch pro forma net earnings of the Company
available for interest have been in the aggregate not less
thau 2~,/4 times the amonnt of annual interest charges stated
pnrsnant to paragrapli (3) of this subdivision (a) ;
(3) the annnal interest cliarges, and the ~iaaimnm Annnal
Service Charge, on all Bonds at the tinie Outstanding, on the
Additional Bonds applied for, and on all Purchase ~ioney Ob-
ligations then secured or then abont to be incurred and secnred ~
~ by liens upon property of tlie Company, eacept any Bonds or
snch Pnrcliase ~ioney Obligations which will cease to be Ont-
j standing prior to or concnrrently with the authentication and ~
~ delivery of the Additional Bonds applied for;

the ezpansion or constrnetion program for purposes of which ~
application is being made for the authentication and delivery

and from the issnance and sale of securities other than snch .

snch net proceeds are to be nsed for the constrnction or
acqnisition of Property Additions pertaining to snch program .
