be determined on a straight line basis and shall not be less

(6) that none of anch eapansion or oonstrnction program
has theretofore been made the basis for the anthentication of ~
~ gdditional Bonds pnrsnant to this ~ 4.01; and that the Com-
pany eapects to complete snch eapansion or construction
program withii? two yeara from the date of said certificat~;
' (7) Lhat the terms used in snch certificate which are de-
fined in drticle 1 of the Indentnre or in this ~ 4.01 are nsed as -
therein defined.
~ (b) In the event that the period of 12 Calendar Months
' speciSed in any Offieers' Certificate reqnired to be filed with the
Trnstee by subdavision (a) of this ~ 4.01 is a period with respec~
' - to v~hich an annual report is reqnired to be filed by tlie Company
~ pnrsuaut to ~ 5.08 ( b) of the Indentnre and the independent andit
of tl~e Company's acconnts for such period has been completed at
" the date of such Officers' Certificate, an Independent Aoconnt-
ant's Certificate stating in substance the facta reqnired to be ~
