of Additional Bonds, by the holders of Bonds of any one or m~ore of
sncL Series as may be reqnired by the Indentnre). -
~ 4.03. Prohibition on ~.ssua~ce of Additionai Bonds without meet-
ing requirements. So long as any Bonds of the 1987 Series shall
remain Outsf~nding, no Additional Bonds sball be initially anthenti- ~
eated and delivered at any time nnless the provisiona of ~ 4.02 vr
~ 4.oa hereof have been c;omplied with ezcept ~eith the written~ oonsent
Sled with the Trustee, or the affirmative v~ote, of the holders of not
less than 66~ q'o of the ~aggregate principal amonnt of all Bonds then
Ontstanding of the 1987 Series and of ~any subseqnent Series if the

~ sha11 ~reqnir~ snch oonsent. For pnrposes of ~ 4.02 and of #,his ~ 4.03, the
' term ~~Additional Bonds" shall not inoinde (i) Bonds of ~np $eries
~ initialls ~nthenticated and delivered prior to May 1, 1967, (ii) Bonds
of the 1987 Series, or (iii) Bonds limited in aggregate principal amonnt -
to $25,000,000 and anthenticated and delivered prior to Jann~ry 1,
1971, and the authentication and delivery of snch Bonds may be made
withont regard to the provisions of this ~rticle 4. ~

and agree to perforna the same npon the terms and conditiona in the
Indentnre set forth.
¢ 5.02. Trustees not respon.~ibk for vadidity o~ su~'iciency of
Supplementat Indenture. The Trnstees shall not be responsible in
any manner whatsoever for or in respect of the validity or snfficiency
of this 8npplemental Indentnre or the due egecntion thereof by the
Company or for or in respect of the recitals herein contained, all of
which recitala are made by the Company solely.
