ana. As concerna propertg sitnated in Lonisiana, the langaage of
Qonveyance hereof is intended and shall be constrned as an act of
pledge and mortgage nnder the laws of Louisiana, tLe Company hereby _
binding itself, its snc~essors and assigna, not to sell, alienate or en-
cnmber the property inclnded in this Snpplemental Indentnre to the
prejndiee of this Snpplemental Indentnre, eacept in compliance with
and npon the terms and aonditiona stated in the Indentnre, and the
Trnatee herein named is named ae pledgee and mortgagee for the bene-
fit of itself and of the holders and ownere of Bonds iasned herennder,
and the Traatee ie hereby irrevocably appointed agent of the owners
and holdera of said Bonde issned herennder and ia veeted with fnll
powers to effect and enfome the pledge and mortgage hereby created.
Whenever anch action is otberwiae permitted or anthorized ~der
the terma of the Indentnre, the Trnstee hereby uoneents that the Com-
pany may carry or transport any movable property snb~eat to #he
Lien hereof permanently beyond the territorial limits of any state in
which anch property may be located at the time.
