and a~y that on the 19th day of Auguat, 196?, appeared before then

presence of the Aifiants that certain Mortgage Deed and Note to
which this ~ffidavit ia attached, was read over to the said
JOE ARCHEB, and fully explained to hi~a; that he stated that he
underatood the nature oY the said Mortgage Deed and Note and the
tei^~ns thereoi, and that he desired to egecute the same, but was
unable to read, and the said JOE ASCH~R was unable to write his
, name thereupon, and the said JOE ARCAEB made his on said
Mortgage Deed aaa Note for the purpose of aecuting the Mo tgage
Deed and Note.
