PARTIAL RELEASE OF DEFICIENCY DECREE

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ona (S1.00) Dollar
and other valuabla considerations to them in hand this day paid, the
receipt of Which is hereby acknowledged, we, the undersigaed, Plain- `
tiffs in that certain cauae et?titlad HcIVER BROS., INC., a Florida
corporation, LARRY L. McIVER and JERRY W. McIVER, Plaintiffs~ vs.
NOBLES CITRUS, INC.~ a Flor3da corporation~ et al, DeFendants, Case
No. 67-105, in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit fn and -
for St. Lucie County, Florid~~ do hereby release the property herein-
after described from that certain Deficiency Decree entered in the a-
bove described cause~ to-Witt Case No. 67-105, which said Deficiency
Decree is recorded in Official Records Book 165, Page 2865, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, safd Decree being dated !
the 20th day of April, 1967, and being in the sum of Five Thousand ~
($5,000.00) Dollars; and we do hereby declare said Deficiency Decree
to be released only as to the folloWing described property, to-Wit:
The East 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 27, ToWnship 34 South,
Range 39 East, EXCEPTING THEREFROM
rights of Way for public roads and.
draiaage canals.
As to all other properties oMned by the Defendant, NOBLES
CITRUS, INC.~ said Deficiency Decree shall remain in tull forc~ and
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the corporate Releasor has caused these
presents to be executed in its na~me and its corporate sea2 to be here- ;
unto affixed by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, and
