of said pYOmissory notes and mortgages as same as heYeby modified and
supplemented and as secuxity for the performance of all agxeements af the
mortyagoY as set forth in said promissory notes and mortgages or heYein.
9. Said two mortgages, henceforthr ~`~g and effective from
the time of execution and delivexy hereof, as such moxtgages are hereby
modi.fied~ amended and supplemented, shall always be taken and read

" together as one instxument. All of the terms and pYOVisions of said
mortgages and of sai.d pYOmissoxy notes shall remain in full force and
effect except as modified by the terms hereof, it being understood~
however, that a default in any xespect under eithex ox any of the
pYOVisions of said mortgages and pxomissoxy notes, as hereby modified and
a~aended, shall mature the entire cansolidated i.ndebtedness in like manner
and to the same effect as if ai d~fault had occurred under the original ~

~ terms and provisions of said ~ortgages and promissory notes.
10. Sxcept as herein specifically modified and amended, all the
terms, covenants, conditions and agreements of said t~ro promissory notes
and the said two mortgages securing same shall xemai.n in full force and
effect. However, in the event there is a conflict in the printed pYOVisi as
of the mortgage dated September 24, 1965 and the printed provisi.ons of th
mortgage of and dated August 23, 196~, the pxi.nted provisions of the
mortgage of August 23, 1967, shall be prevailing.
