Statutes, in Officiel Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
publia records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~rular shall include the plural,
and th3 mascul;ne sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
ri&nts-and obligai:ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be binding upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
