To~rether with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or
appurtenances now or hereafter erected thereon or placed there-
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles,
whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to aup-
ply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrig- ~
eration, ventiZation or other aervices, and any other thing ;
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which i
by lessors to lesaees is customary or approprie~e, including ;
scresns, window shades, atorm doors and windoWS, floor cover - i
in~s, screen doors, in-a-dacr beds, awnfngs, stoves and water
heaters (a.ll of which are intended to be and are hereby de- _
clared to be a part oP said reel estate whether physically ~
attached thereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments an3 the rents, issues and profits of said premisea which
are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the ~
Mortgagee, whether now due or hereafter to become due ee: pro-
vided in the Supplementel Agreement secured herebq. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subrogated to the ri~hts of all mortgageer~,
lienholders and oHners paid off b~ the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.

ings, improvements, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and
equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto

rights end benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and
