~Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or
i appurtenances now or h~reafter erected thereon or placed there-
~ in, including all apparatus, equipment, fiatures or articles,
~ whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup-
~ ply heat, gae, ai'r conditioning, weter, light, power, refrig-
` eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which
by lessors to lessees is customary or appropriate, including
screens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor cover-
in~s, screen doors, in-a-da~ beds, awnings, stoves and water
heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part of said real estate whether physically
attached tnereto or not); and slso together with all ease-
ments and the rents, issues and profits of said premisss which
are hereby pledged, assigned, transferred and set over unto the
Mortge~ee, whether now due or hereafter to become due ae pro-
vided in the Supplementel A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subrogated to the ri~hts of all mortgagee~,
lienholders and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
~ hereby secured.

~ ings, improvementa, fixtures, appurtenances, apparatus and
~ equipment, and with all the rights and privileges thereunto
~ belonging, unto said Mortgagee forever, for the uses herein

stead, exemption and valuation laws of any stete, which said
~ ri~hts end benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
