ment for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same
are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•0?, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florf da.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
and ths masculine sh~ll include the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage ahall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
