mer,t dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and
reference is hereby raade to said note and supplemental agree-
ment for the full terms and conditions thereof, and the same .
are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695•0?_, Florida
Statutes, in Officisl Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the ~
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida. f
In this instrwnent the sin~rular shall inGlude.the plural,
and the masculine shEll inclade the feminine and neuter. All
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the I~ortgagor and Mortgagee.
