provided that nothin~ herein conteined shall be conaidered as
limiting the amounts that ahall be secured hereby when ad- ~
vanced to protect the security or in accordance with coven-
ants contained in the MortEage.
(3) all of the covenants and obligations of the Mort-
~agor to the Mortga~ee, as contained in a supplemental a~ree-
ment dated, eaecuted end delivered concurrently herewith and
reference 3s hereby made to said note and supplemental agree--
ment for the full terms and conditions thereof, and t he same .
are hereby incorporated herein as fully as if written out
verbatim herein, and recorded pursuent to 695•02, Florida
Statutes, in Official Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
public records of St. Lucie Gounty, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural, ~
and the mascul;ne sh~ll include the fearinine and neuter. All ;
rights and obligat ions under this mortgage shall extend to and ~
be bindin~ upon the respective heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
