the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to eecure Federal

ly created beach seaward of a uniform ar~d eatablished line be fn public
ownership. .

NaW. TI~RI;FORE, for and in consideration of the benefita accruing
to the Ownera, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto -
the County, its successore and assigns, all the right, title,.interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the ,
