ownership. -

NdW~ TE~RBFOR$, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing -
to the OwnerB, said O~n~rs do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the County, its successors and asaigns, all the right, title, interest, ~
claim and demarid, including riparian and littoral rights, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County, ~
