to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto :
the County, ita successor.~ and.assigns, all the right. title, interest,~
claim and denwnd, including riparian and littoral righ~s,-which the
Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County. !
