THIS AQtBBMSTTP POR BASBMBNTS, Made this 15th day of December,
1964, by and between AUAMS RANCH, INC~., a Plorida corporation,
hereinafter called "ADiAMS", and DEBRAIBLD GROVBS COMPANY, a lfew
Jersey corpora.tion, authorized to do business a~ Florida, herein-
after cailed "DSERAIBLD";

1. That for and in the consideration of the sum of ~10.00

an easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and using:
