full force and effect so long as Adams shail own the fee simple
title to Section 32, Township 35 South, Raage 38 Bast, and shali

terminate and expire at such time as Adams shail cease to be the
owner of said Section 32. ~
3. The easements granted_hereby, by each party to the other,
shall n4t be exclusive but may be used in common by the parties
hereto . ~
