That Deceden~ died leavitig a Last Will and Teatament dated the Tth
day of February~ 19b4. which said instrutnent wae published and declared
by said Decedent to be her Las~ Will and'Testament when ehe, the said De-
cedent~ ~was at least 18 years of age. in the preaence of Arthur M. Goldberg,
Sterling McCann and Elizabeth A. Walsh~ as attesting witnesses. and in and
by said instrument Elizabeth Brunner was nominated as Executrix thereof.
Petitioner auggesta the name of Gertrude Morrie, c/o Dittmar, Dittmar,
Goldberg, Cerrato ac McGovegn, One Court House Square, Freehold, New
Jersey, O?728. a Notary~ Public, with seal, to aerve as Commiesioner for
the purpose of proving the said Will, the witnessea, Arthur M. Goldberg and
Elizabeth A. Waleh being available at that same addreee.

Petitioner further alleges that ahe verily believea that the paper writing
herewith propounded for probate and_r.eco~d as and for the Laet Will and Testa-
ment ae aforeeaid to be the true and Last Will and Testament of said Decedent.

WHEREFORE, this Petitioner prays that thia paper writing herewith
propounded for probate and record-be admitted to probate and recorded as and
~ for the Last Will and Teatament of 8aid Decedent and that this Petition be re-
corded among the recorda of the Court and that Letters Testamentary be gr.anted
to Petitioner ae Executrix thereof. ~
