IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT THE MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAGORS
~ COVENANT AND AGREE THAT: ~
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make within 7 days of the due date, the payments called
for in the 18t morigage now ena+mbering this property, to the MORTGACEE herein st
theit offiae or some other plaoe as designated by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGOR herein shall pay within 30 daya of the due date all pertinent charges for fire and
windstorm insuranoe, all ad valorem city a~d/or aounty taxes, any special improvement assessments and any
other special govemmental assessmenis or charges.
(3) If the MORTGAGOR herein do not make the payments on the lSt ~~gage , the ~ire and
windstorm insuronoe premiums and governmental taxes or special assessments as th~y aome due, as well as
the pnymenri called for in tfiis mortgage deed, then the MORTGAGEE herein can at their
option make these payments, adding ~sid pnyments made to the belanoe due ~ereunder. If any one or all of
the aforesaid paymenta remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more, then the MORTGAGEE can att•~'leit
opYron, without further notioe declare the balanoe due under this rrwrtgage due and payable in full at onae
and forthwith plaae the matter in the handa of an attorney for aollection or enforoement. In this event all
costs incurred will be chargeable to the balanae due under thi: mortgage. -
(4) The MORTGAGOR herein shell not further erKUmber this property except by obtaining WRITTEN per-
mission of the MORTGAGEE herei~ and any attempt to do w without this written permiuion will be null
and void.
The MORTGAGOR hersin will at the ~equest of the MORTGACfE herein, r~nanoe the first nwrtgage
now enwmbering this property at any time deemed desirable by the MORTGAGEE herein. The pro-
ceeds of the said ~efinancing shsil be applied againat the unpaid balanae due hereunder.
(6) The MORTGAG4R herein will be at the request of the MORTGAC~EE herein ecknowledge, in writing,
