THIS INDSNTURS made and entered into on this day of

WI~REAS, the Grantors ar~ seized in fee simple and in posses-
sion of lands lying in Section 29, Tawnship 35 South, Range 40
East, St. Lucie County~ Florida, and
WHEREAS, Grantee is se3.zed in fee simple-of a parcel of land ~
contiguous to tne land of Grantors, and ~
WHEREAS, Grantors have agreed, in consideration of the swn of
~ Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable conaideration to
grant to Grantee and all other persons claiming by~-through or under

Grantor, their predeceasors in title or their heirs, assigna or
legal representatives by virtue of any deeds of conveyance describing

Lucie County, Florida, an easement or right-of-way over the land
described below, for the purposes and in the manner expressed belvw:

That in pursuance of this agreement and in consideration,of

ation, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged, Grantors grant unto
