BUTTSNHRIM $state, requested in writing that the Board of County Comraissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, close, vacate ana abar~aon that portion of a public right of way hereinafter described and re»oiince and disclaim any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying within that portion of said road right of way in St. Lucie County, Flor3da, described as follows: That certain 66 foot right of way across the North 440 feet of Government Lot 4 in Section ~ 29,~Township 35 South, Range 41 Sast, as des- cribed in County Com~nisst~n Minute Book 4, at paqe 350. WH$~tSAS, said Board of County Comwissioners held a public hearinq on said request on the Sth day of September, 1967, after first publishing a notice of said hearing in The News Tribune, Fort ~ierce, Florida, on the 17th day of August, 1967, said date being more than two weeks prior to the day of said hearing, and _ ~ ~ WSBR$AS, at said public hearing there were no objections ~ to closinq, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing and disclaiming ariy right of St. Lucie County and the public in and ~ to the lands lying within said riqht of way, and in the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of the public _ to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclaim and renounce any riqht of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying ~ within said right of way.
