be and the same is hereby closed, vacated and ah.vidoned, and any
right of 3t. Lucie County and the public in and to the.lands lying
within aai~d right of way is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. That a Notice of the adoption of this Resolution shall
be published in The Newa Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, one time
within thirty (30)days of the date hereof.
3. That the proof of publication of the Notice of Public ~
Hearing, a certified copy of ~hia Resolution, and ths proof of
publication of the Notice of adoption of this Resolution be re-
corded in the deed records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
