WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remiae, re-
lease, convey and confirm unto the qrantee, all that certain land situate in

LAKEWOOD PARK, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11
page 27, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or ih anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and wi11 defend the same aqainst the lawful claiuns of all persons
whomsoever; and tfiat said land is free of all encumbrances.
This'conveyance is made subject to the~following conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real runninq with the land to wit;
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the aub-
division plat. • •
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded iR Deed Book 242
at Paqe 477 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 1966 and subsequent y~ars.
