This Indenture made this 20th day of Septecnbcr. ~A. D. 1967, between
Emma Rock Lannon of Northbridge. Worcester County, Massachusetta,
party of the first part, and Maurice J. Lannon of said Northbridge, party
of the second ~art whose post office address is 4 Maple Street. Northbridge,
Massachusetts. Vllitnesseth:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum d$10.00 and other goad and valuable consideration to her in
hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever, the following deacribed laad situat~.
