such assumption, covenanta and agreemente to become effective
forthrrith upon the ~ffectiveness of the merger of Inter--County
with IInited IItilitiea, Incorporated.
ARTICLS II.
Additional Provisions
Section 2.01. The OMginal Indenture a8 heretofore aupplemented
and modified Sa in all reapects ratified and confirmed bq this
Fifteenth 3upplemental Indenture, and all the proviaione herein
contained shall be deemed part of the Original Indenture in the
manner and to the e~ctent herein provided.
Section 2.02. Wherever reference ia herein in thia Fifteenth
Supplemental Indenture made to a Section or Article of the OMginal
