In this instrument the singular shall include the piurol and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All righis and obligations under this Rwrtgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respsctive
heirs, executors, administrators, suocessors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mwtgagee.
