THIS. INDBNTURE, executed the day of , ~

SZABO, Deceased, late of St. Lucie County, Plorida, party of the ~

Pierce, Plorida, parties of the second part:
WEg'sRBAS, the party of the first part was duly constitued and
appointed Bxecutor of the Bstate of THERBSA SZABO, De~eased by
Letters Testamentary, granted on July 1966, by the Honorable
J. M. Sample, County Judge, in and for St. Lucie County, Plorida, and,
whereas, it is necessary and expedient and for the best interest of
the Estate that certain real estate in St. Lucie County, Plorida,
hereinafter described-be sold.
NOW, THfiRBPORE, in consideration of the preoises and the sum
of ELEVBN THOUSAND, ONE-HUNDRED AND EIG~ DOLIARS ($11,180.00), 3n
~ hand paid, said party of the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms.unto said parties::of
