AR'~ICL~S OF AGRE~NT
THIS AGRSffirSNT made aixl entered into this ~8_ ay
of August, 1967, by and bet~reen EARL F. LITTL~3 and ANNIB F. LITTLE,
his. wife, hereinafter called the parties of the first pa`xt, and
FARL J~ONES and SHIRLBNE J~ONES, his wife, whose mailing address is:
515 North 23rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called
the parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH: . .
That the said parties of the Second part shall first
make ~ the payments a~d perform the covenants he reinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the said parties of the
first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and~assure to the
said parties d~ #he second part, and~ their heirs, executors,
administrators, or assigns, in fee simpZe, by a good and sufficient
deed, the follovring described property, together with all improve-
' ments thereon lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:

VISTA SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 5,
at Page 49 of the Public Records

cash at the time of the execution hereof,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.

' actually receiving $500.00 cash giving credit
' of $lOO.00 tovuard their pro rata share of the
` 1467 City and County Taxes upon the asbove
~ described property. The then re~aining balar~e
~ of $6,500.00 shall be paid in monthly install-
~ ments of $65.00 each. The first such monthly
