and bolder of a certain promissoYy note and conclitional bill of
eale given by RAY COLLINS and PHARIS8N8 COLLINS, his wife, whose
intzrests thezein were later purchased by W. M. OLIVSR, to R08$RT
L. GRIFFII~T, 136 North 15th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, bearing
date the lOth day of Auqust, 1964, recorded in Official Records
Book 96, page 74, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
of St. Lucie County, State of Florida; given to secure the sum o~
Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars -
($14,750.00), evidences by a certain promissory note and conclitio
al bill of sale, upon the following described property, situate,
lying and being.in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, to-wit:

have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do heteby
acknowledge satisfaction of said promissozy note and ~onditional
bill of sale, and hereby direct the CZerk of the said Circuit
