That the fee simple title above deacribed and aqainst which
such claim of lien was filed is owned by $dqewater Apartments of
Fort Pierce, Inc.; ~ '
That pursuant to FloridaStatutes, Section 84.241(1),
said claim of lien was transferred to ott~er security by bondi
dated Auqust 25, 1967 and recorded in O£ficial Records Book

~ That for and in consideration of Ten ($10.00~ Dollars,
and other qood and valuable considerations paid to the said

of lien and all liens, lien riqhts, claims or demands of any
kind whatsoever which he has or miqht have against the above
described premises and the bonds transferring such liens te other

the construction of improvements thereon and it is acknowledqed
that all labor and materia~s used by the undersiqned in the
erection of said improvements has been paid for in full.
