WSBRSAS, the St. Lucie County Planninq and Zoninq Cammission,
nfter holding a public hearing of whi~h due notice was publiahed ` '
at least fifteen ~15) days prior to said hearing and all property ~
owriera within 300 feet were notf fied by n~i]. of said hearing has
recommended to the 8oard of County Gonaaiseionere of St. Lucie
~ County that the hereinafter deseribed requesta for a change in
zonfng classification be GRANTBD; and

WH$REAS, said Board of County Cc~~ti.ssionera held a public
hearing on said recommendation on September 26, 1967, after first
publishing notice of said hearing in The News Tribune on the 8th
day of September, 1967, said date being at least fifteen (15)
days prior to the date of said hearinq;
NOW, TS$R$FORS, BE IT RESOLVBD by the Board of County Com-
missioners of St. Lucie Cour~ty in meeting assembled this 26th day
