L Common ~~lus means t.he excess v~ all receipts of the
Associration, in~cludin~g, but nnt limited to assessments, rent, pro~ita and

J'. Condominium Property means and includes the l~nd in a
conciominium, whether or not cont3quous, and a11 improvements thereof,
and all easements arid rights thereto, int.ended for use in connection~with
the condominium. `
K. Assessment means a~hare of the funds required for the
p~yment of common expenses which, from time to time, i~ assessed
a~gainst the unit owner.
L. Condominium Parcel means a unit, toyether with the undiv- '
ided share of t~he common elements, which is appurtena~nt to the uni~
~ M. Condominium Unit, or Unit, means a paxt of the condo-
minium property which is to be subjeGt to p~ivate ownership. ~
N. Unit Owner, or Owner of a Unit, or Parcel Owner, means
the owner of a condominium parcel.
