The condominium property consists essentially o# 600 units in
a11 (the atta:ched map or plat of survey does not show all of the units
involved. The developer will, from time Lo' time, enter other descriptions
. of lands included in the condominium declaration, as then subdivided,
PROVIDED, however, that the total numbe~f condominium units will not
exceed 600 in number. Provided further, that hereinafter and in all of the
condominium documents the additional units, herein~ mentioned, and over
and above those 3.n the atta,ched maps or plats, shall be considered to be a
part of the condominium for all intents and purposes. ) For the purpose
of identification aU units in the area on said condominium property are
qiven identifyinq numbers and delineated on the survey e,xhibits collectively
identified as ~hibit "B", atta,ched hereto and made a part of this Declaxa-.
tion. No unit bears the same identifying number as does any other unit.
The aforesaid identifyinq number as to the unit is also the ident3fying
number~as to the parce. The sa.id Eshibit "B" ~1so conta3ns a Survey of
the land, a plot plan and, toqether with this Declaration, they are in
sufficient detai.l to identify the location, dimensions and size of the common
elements and of each unit, as evidenced by the Certifa~cate of the Registered
~ Land Surveyor hereto att,a,ched. The legend and notes contained within the
said eghibit are incorporated herein and made a part hereof by reference.
Pr~vided, further, tha.t unti.l each lot or parcel subject to private
ownership has been prepared for occupancy, or sold by the developer, or
has been rented one time, the said parcel sha~ll not be deemed to have been
submitted to this declaration; however the happening of any of the above
conditions automatically creates the sa.id lot as a part of this condominium
' declaration, without more.

OWNERSHIP OF COMMON ELEMENTS "
- Ea~ch of the unit owners of the Condominium sha11 own an
undivided 600th interest in the common elements and limited common
elements. . ~
. The fee title to each condominium parcel sha11 include both the
condominium unit and the above respective w~divided interest in the ~
cammon elements, said undivided interest in the common elements to be
deemed to be conveyed or encumbered with its respective cor~dominium
unit, even though the description in the i.nstrument of conveyance or
encumbrance may refer only to the fee title to the condominium unit. Any
attempt to separate the fee title to a condominium unit from #he undivided
interest in the common elements appurtenant to each unit sha11 be null and
void. The term -"common e3ements", when used throuqhout this
Declaration, shall mean both common elements and limited common elemen ,
unless the context other wise specifically provides or requires.
These common elements fnclude, but are not limited to the
following: the water distribution system, the sewage collection system, the
electrical distrib~ution system, the roads within the condominium property
