VIIL , BY - LAWS The operation of the condominium property sha11 be qoverned - - by the By-La,ws which are set forth in a document entitled "By-Laws of - HOLIDAY OUT AT ST, LUCIE, a Condominium" which is annexed to this Declaration, marked Eghibit "C" an~d made a part .hereof. No modification of or Amendment to the By- La.ws of said Association shall be valid unless set forth in or annexed to a duly record Amendment of this Declaxation. The By-La.ws may be a.mended in the manner provided for therein, but no Amendment to said Ly- La.ws shall be adopted which mould affect or impair the validity or priority of any mortgaqe covering any condominium paxcel (s). • VITI. ~ THE OPERATING F:NTITY ~ The na,me of the association responsible for the operation of the condominium is set forth in Article VIII hereina.blve; said Corporation is a non-profit Florida Corporation, organized and existing pursuant to the ~ Condominium Act. The sa.id Association sha11 have all of the powers and duties granted to or imposed upon it by this Declaration, the By- La.ws of Association, and its Articles of Incorporati~on, which Articles of Incor- . poration are attached hereto, marked Exhibit "D" and made a part hereof. ` Every owner of a condominium parcel, whether he has acquired his ownership by purcha,se, by gift, conveyance or transfer by operation of law, or othez-wise, and shall be bound by the By-La.ws of sa.id Association, the Articles of Incorporation of the Association, and by the provisions of this Declaration. f X. ASS FSSMENTS The Association, through its Loard of Directors, shall ha.ve the power to fix a,nd determine, from time to time, the sum or sums necessar and adequate to provide for the common expenses of the condominium _ property, and such other assessments as are specifi~ally provided for in this Declaration and the By-Laws atta,ched hereto.
