XIT~ . . USE AND OCCUPANCY 1. All lots, parcels or units, herein,aiter referred to as Campsites, in t,he subdivision are hereby designated RECREATIONAL CAMPSiTES FOR CAMPIl~TG TR.AILERSy including within such categorq, tent type folding tra~.er 4 pick-up campers, modern travel trailers and other similar types of ca.mping trailers and equipment that are mobile, herein.after referred to as "principal ca.rrying facitity". NO'I' EXCLUDED within such classification shall be folding tents not mounted on wheels. No permanent or semi-permanent struct e may be erected on any campsite in the subdivision nor may ariy trailer wY~.ch is desiqned as permanent livinq quarters be located or placed on any campsite, it being fihe declared intent of the subdivider to exclude mobile homes from use o _ the campsit d-mai~~,in-an-~re~~}es~qned-for-t~he-maximum- - beauty and bene~it of campers. PROVIDED, further, that ta.bles, benches, firepla~ces and qrills, may be erected, but no personal property except as provided immediately above, shall be permitted to remain where it ean be seen by other campers or visitors to the area, except when the campsite is actually in use; provided, fu~ther, however, that the fore.going shall not apply the principal camping facility which may be allowed to remain on the campsite ev~h though not in use. No campinq facility sha,ll be placed on a unit for more than five days without the sa~d facility having been approved, by a duly authoriz d. representative of the Association, as having met the a.bove requirements as to condition and type of facility, and said facility shall thereafter be inspected and approved ar~nualty as to condit~ion. The foreqoing shall be deemed to prohibit the construction and ma,inte~nce of fences and radio and TV antenn,a.s on the campsites. ONLY ONE (1) prlncipal campirig facility may be located or ma,inta,3ned on each campsite. 2.
