kind shall be displayed on any campsite without the written consent of the
Association, or its assiqns or successor.
3. An easement ~en. (10~ feet in width is reserved along each of
the lot lines of each campsite in the subdivision for the installation and
ma.intenance of utility services and it is understood that such easement may
be used by the subdivider and/or its assiqns for such installation and main-
tenance, as the case miqht be.
4, No outside toilets sha11 be installed or allowed on any ca.mp-
site. Holiday Out has or- ~vill install suitable and adequate sanitary facilities
asprovided by the La.ws of the State of Florida, and each user or such
fa,cilities aqrees to protect the same and prevent loss or damaqe to accrue
thereto.
5. No nuisance sha11 be allowed upon the condominium property
nor any use or practice which is the source of annoyance to residents, or
which interfers with the peaceful possession and proper use of the property .
by its residents. All parts of the property shall be kept~ in a clean and
sanitaxy condition, and no rubbish, refuse or garbage shall be allowed to
accumulate, or any fire hazard allowed to egist.
6. No commercial activity of any kind whatsoever shall be
cond•zcted on, or from any campsite in the subdivision. The foreqoinq sha11
not, however, prevent the Association from designatinq certain areas in
the subdivision for commercial use.

7. The condominium association formed sha11 ~ levy and collect
a reasona.ble montbly assessment against the owners of each campsite
sufficient to cover each campsite's proportiona.te share of the actual cost of
~operatinq and maintaining all common use property and fa~cilities, providinq
water, electricity and qarba.ge cli.sposal service, sewa.qe service, general

- wise, the association shall include in the assessment so made the sum
; adequate to pay a11 real property taxes on the con,dominium parcel as well
; as the common elements. The collection of these sums shall be provided for
~ in an adequa.te manner to assure the maintenance necessary.

~ 8. These restrictions sha11 be considered as covenants running
with the land, and sha11 bind the purchasers of all campsites shown on the
subdivision plat or plats hereinbefore referred to, recorded or to be record ,
their heirs, executors, administrators, arvd assigns, and if said owners or
any of them, their heirs, executors, successors or assigns, shall violate
or attempt to violate any of the covenants or restxictions herein contained, it
shall be lawful for any person or persons owninq any such ca.mpsites in the
subdivision in which said ca,mpsite is situated to prosecute any proceeding at
law or in equity aqainst the person or persons violating or attempting to
~ violate any such covenant or restriction and either to prevent him or them
from so doinq or to recover damaqes for such violation including costs of the
suit and a reasona.ble attorneys fee. Any invalidation of any of these covenan
ar~d restrictions shall in no way affect any other of the provisions thereof
which shall thereafter remain in full firce and effect.
