F, All provisions of this Declaration and F.xhibits attached
hereto and Amendr~ents thereof, shall be construed to be covenants running
with the land, and of every p~rt thereof and interest therein, including, but
not limited to, every unit and the appurtenances thereto, and every unit
owner and claimant of the property or anq part thereo~f or of any int.~rest ~
therein, and his heirs, executArs, administrators, successors and assigns,
sha11 be bound by a11 of the provisions of said Declaration and E~hibits
annexed hereto and Amendment~ hereof.
G. If any provisions of this peclarat3on or of.the By-Laws
atta~ched hereto, or of the Condominiwn Act, or anp $ection, sentence,
_ clause, p~rase, or word, or the application thereof, in a,ny circumstauces,
is held invalid, the validity of the rema~nder of this Jecl,aration, the By-
La.ws atta~ched hereto or the Condominiurn Act, and of the application of any
such provision, section, sentence, clause, phrase or word in other cir-
cumstances sha11 nat be affected thereby.
H. Whenever notic~s are required to be seat hereunder, the
~ same ma~ be de1 ivered to unit owners, either per~ona~ly or by mail,
addressed to such unit owners, at their place of residence in the condomini ,
unless the uriit owner- has, by written notice duly receipted for, specified a
different a.ddress. Proof of swch mailiug or personal delivery by the Assoc-
~ iation sha11 be qiven by t,he Affidavit of the person ma3linq or personally
{ delivering said notices. Notices to the Association sha11 be delivered by
