LUCIE, a Condominium ARTIC LE L IDENTITY The following By- Laws sha11 govern the operation of the Condo- minium known as HOLIDAY OUT AT ST.~ LUCIE, a condominium, described and named in the Declaratlon of Condominiu, to which these By-Laws are attached; HOLIDAY OUT AT ST. ° LUCIE, a Coadominium, being a Florida Corporation not for p~o~it, oryanized and e~is~ing pursuant to Cha.pter 711, Florida Statutes, 1965, l~own as the Condominium Act. ~ Section 1. The office of the Association shall be at the Condo- miniwm property, or at such other place as map be subsequently designated by the Board of Directors. Section 2. The Seal of the Corporation sha11 bear the name of the Corporation, the word "Florida", the words "Corporation Not for Profit", an the year of incorporation. • _ Section 3. As used herein, the word "Corporation", shall be the ~ equivalent of "Association", as defined in the Declaration of Condominium to ~ which these By-La.ws are attached, and all other words, as used herein, sha11 have the same definition as attributed to them in the Declaration of Condominium to which these Bp-La.ws are attached. ARTICLE IL MEMBERSHIP AND VOTING PROVIS[ONS I - ' Section . The Corporation shall. n~ot issue stock or certificates. Section 2. Membership in the Corporation shall be ].imited to owners of condominium units, as identified in the precedin,g Declaration of Condominium. Transfer of unit owuership, either voluntary or by operation of law, shall. terminate membership in the Corporation, said membershig is become vested in the transferee. If unit ownership is vested in more than one person, then all of the persons so owning said unit shall be members eligible to hold office, attend meetings, etc. , but as hereinafter indicated, the vote of a unit sha11 be cast by the "voting member". If uriit ownership is vested ~ in a corpora.tion, said corporation may designate an individual officer or eimployee of the corporation as its "voting member" . Any application for the transfer of inembership, or for a conveyance of an interest in, or to encumber ~or lease a conc~ominium parcel, where the approval of the Board of Directors of the Association is required, as set forth in these By-La.ws and the Declarati,~n of Condominium to which thep axe atta~ched, shall be accom ed by an application fee in an amount to be set by the Board of Directors to cover the cost of contacting the re~erences given by the applicant, and snch other costs of investiqation tbat may be incurred by the Board of Directors. w. a. scorr ~rro~r wr u?w ? yoo co~oo wvtwus - .
