Section 3. Votina.
. The owner(s) of ea,ch condominium unit shall be entitled to
one vote for each aorxlominium unit owned. If a condominium unit owner ~
owns more than one unit he sha11 be ent3tled to one vote for each unit owned.
The vote of a cor~dominium unit shall not be divisible.
(b) A majority of the unit owners' total votes sha11 decide any
question unless the By-Laws or Declaration of Condominium provides other-
wise, in which event ttie voting p~centa.ge required in the By-Laws or the
~ _ Declarat3on of Condominium s~hall control.
Section 4. Quorum. Unless otherwise proveded in these By-I,aws
the presence in person or by progy of a majority of the unit owners' total
votes sha.ll constitute a quorum. The term "majority" of the unit owners
total votes sha11 mean unit owners holding 51~i of the votes.
Section 5. Proxies. Votes may be cast in person or by proxy.
All progies shall be in writing and signed by the person entitled tA vote (as
set firth below in Section 6), and sha11 be filed with the Secretary prior to the
meetinq in which they are to be used, ax~d shal.l be valid only for the parti-
cular meeting designa.ted therein. Where a unit is owned jointly by a hus
and wife, and i# they have not designat~ed one of them as a Voting Member, a
proxy must be signed by both husband and wife wh~re a third person is
designa.ted.
~ Section 6. Desiqnation of VotinQ Member
If a condominium unit is owned by oneperson, his right to vote
shall be established bp the recorded title to the unit. If a condominium unit
is owned by more than one person, thhe person entitled to cast the vote for
. the unit shall be designated in a Cert3ficate siqned by all of the recorded
owners of the unit a.nd filed with the Secretary of the Association. If a co~r
dominium unit is owned by a Corporation, the o#ficer or employee thereof
ent~.tled to cast the vote of t~e unit for the Corporation sha11 be designa.ted
in a Certificate for this purpose, signed by the President or Vice President
and attested to by the Secretary or Assistaut Secretary of the Corporation,
and fi~ed with the Secreta.ry of the Association. The person designated in
_ these Certifieates who is entitled to cast the vote for a unit sha11 be l~own
as the "~oting Member". If such a certiffcate is not on ~le with the Secre-
tary of the Association for a unit owned by more than one person or bq a
Corporation, the vote of the unit concerned shall not be considered in
determining the requirement for a quorum, or for any purpose requiring
the approval of a person entitled to cast the vote for the unit, except if said
unit is oamed by a husband and wife. Such Certificates shall be valid until
revoked, or until superseded by a subsequent Certificate, or until a change
in the ownership of the un~t concerned. If a condominium unit is jointly
owned by a husband and wife, the following three provisions are , applicable
thereto:
