A RTICLE II- A. MEETIlJGS OF THE MEMBERSHIP ~ ' Section 1. Place. All meet3ngs of corporation membership sha11 be held at the corbdominium property, or at suc?~ other place and 13me as shall be designated by the Board of Directors of the Association and stated in the Notice of Meeting. Section 2. Notices. It shall be the duty of the Secretary to mail a Notice of ea,ch annual or special meeting, stating the time and place t~her f to ea,ch unit owner of record, at least five (5) da.yd, but not more tban fifteen • (15) days prior to such meetinq. Notice of any special meeting shall state the purpose thereo£ All notices shall be mailed tA or served at the address of the unit owner as it appears on the books of the corporation. Section 3. Order of Business. The order of business at annual members' meetinqs, and, as far as practical to all other members' meetin ' shall be: (a) Election of chairman of the meetinq (b) Calling of the roll and certifying of proxies. ~ ~ (c) Proof of notice of ineeting or waiver of notice. (d~ Readinq and disposal of any unapproved minutes. (e) Reports of officers (f) Reports of committees (g) Election of inspectors of election (h) Election of directors ' ~ ^ (i) Un$nished business (j) New Business (k) Adjournment. Section 4. Annual Meetincr.
