The principal. officers of the corporation shall be a Pr~ident, a~ice President, a Secretary and a Trea.surer, all of whom shall be elected by the Board of Pirectors. One person may-not hold more than one of the aforesaid offices, except one person may be both Secretary axbd Treasurer. The President and Vice- President shaU be members of the Board of Directors. Section 2. F1= The officers of the corporation designated in Section 1 above shall be elected annually by the Board of Directors, at the organizational meeting of ea,ch new Board ~ollowing the meet3nq of the members. . Section 3. Apuointive Officers. The Board may appoint an Assistant Secretary and an Assistant Treasurer and such other ofgcers as the Board deems necessary. Section 4. ' Term. The officers of the cor~oration ~shall hold office until their successors are chosen and qualify in their stead. An.y officer elected or appointed by the Board of Directors may be removed at any time, .with or without cause, by the Board of Directors, provided; • ~ h+~wever, that no officer sha11 be removed except by the affirmative vote for removal by a majority of the whole board of Directors (e, q, if the Board of Directors is composed of nine persons, then five of said Directors must vote for removal). If the ofgce of any officer becomes vacant for any reason, the vacancy shall be filled by the Board of Directors. Section 5. The Presiden~ He sha11 be the chief executive ~ officer of the corporation; he sha,ll preside at all meetings of the unit owners and of the Board of Directors. He shall have executive powers and ~ general supervision over the af.fairs of the corporation and other officers. He shall sign all written contracts to perform all of the duties ir~cident to his office and which may_ be deleqated to him from time to time bp the ~ Bcard of Directors. Section 6. The Vice President. He sha,ll perform all cf the duties of the President in his absence or disability and such other duties as may be required of him from time to time by the Board of Directors. Section 7. The Secreta.ry. He shall _issue notices of all Boaxd of Directors -meetinqs and all meetinqs of the unit owners; he shall attend and keep the minutes of the same; he sha11 have ch,arqe of all of the corpora~ion's bboks, records and papers except those kept by the Treasurer. He shall have custody of the seal of the Association. The Assistant Sec- retary shall perform the duties of the Secretary when the Secretaxy is absent or incapacated. Section 8. The Treasurer. (a) He shall have custody of the corporation funds ~and securities and sha.ll keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in w.
