assessments, shall be satisfied or otherwise removed within 30 days of the
date the lien a~ttaches. All taxes and special assessments upon a condo-
minium unit sha11 be pe~id before becominq delinquent, as provided in these
condom3nium documents, or by law, whichever is sooner.
Section 2. Notice of Lien. A unit owner sha]1 give notice to the
Associ.ation of
ve-ery lien upon his unit, other than for permitted mortgages,
taxes and special assessments, within five (5) days after the attachirig of the
lien.
' Section 3. Notice of S~tit. Unit Oavners sha11 give notice to the
Association of every suit or other proceedings wbdch will or maq effect title
his unit or any other p~,rt of the property, snch notice to be qiven within five
(v~ da.ys attrer the unit owner received notice thereof.
- Section 4. Failure to comply with this art3cle concerninq liens
wi]1 not affect the validity of ~ny judicial sa1e.
Section 5. Permitted Mortaacre Reuiste-r. The Association
shall mainta3n a register of a11 permitted mortyarges and at the request of
a mortgagee the Associa.tivn sha11 forward copies of all notices for unpaid
a,ssessments or viola~ions served upon a unit owner to said mortqagee.
ARTICLE XVI.~ RULES AND REGUI.ATIONS ~
Section 1. As to Common Elements. The Board of Directors

rules and requlat~ions qoverninq the deta3ls of the operation, use, main-
ten,ance, mana,gement aud control of the common elements of the condo-
minium and any facilities or services made available to the unit owners.
I The Board of Directors sha11 from time to time post in a conspicuous place
~ on the condominium property, a copy of the rules and regulations adopted
~ from time to time by the Board of Directors.
Section 2. As to eondominium Units. The Board of Directors
may #rom time to time adopt or amend prev3ously adopted rules and
reqiilations qoverning and restricting the use aud ma3r~en,ance of the condo-
minium unit(s), provided, however, that copies of such rules and regu]ations
are iurriished to ea~ch unit owner prior to the ti~ne the same becomes effective
and where applicable or desirable, copies thereof sha11 be posted in a con-
spicwous place on the condominium property.
Section 3. BuildinQ Rules and Rectulations. The building rules
and regulations hereina~fter enumerated shall be deemed in effect until
am ended by the Board of Directors a,nd sha11 apply to and be binding upon
all unit owners. The unit owners sha11 at all time~ obey sayd rules and
~ regulations and shall use their best efforts to see that they ~re faithfully
obeerved by their families, quests, invitees, servants, lessees and
persons over whom they eaercise con#xol and supervision, Said buildinq
